Regional Process Manager
Mission and Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities to streamline and automate segments of clients' commerce processes or internal processes, working cross-functionally to drive execution.
* Analyze data using specialized domain knowledge and business expertise to inform decisions.
* Log and resolve problems impacting efficient customer experiences.
* Lead exception management decision-making for transactional activities, performing risk assessments and documentation.
Requirements for Success
* Proficiency in leveraging AI models to optimize productivity workflows.
* Able to understand contextual work from various areas, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Tax, Supply Chain, Logistics, and GPRS.
* Analytical skills to identify trends and leverage analytics for problem-solving.
* Fluent English language proficiency.
