Your responsibilities:
* Work in collaboration with geographically distributed teams.
* Support coordination with the management and teams to align prioritization of the work, capacity, and capabilities.
* Enable good collaboration and interface with other business and IT departments.
* Advise best practices for prioritization, resources, and capacity management.
* Proactively communicate with the Senior Management about progress, risks, and challenges and propose course of action and future improvements.
* Prepare department reports and presentations of the deliveries for KPI tracking, monitor progress, and deliveries.
* Support with high-level planning and assessments of new projects and prospects (presales).
* Support Service Owner activities for Lead Logistics Applications to comply and meet Global IT/Governance requests timelines.
* Act as project/program manager for selected projects along with the technical leads.
Our requirements:
* Understanding of the challenges faced within an IT organization of a large global organization.
* Demonstrated competency in IT process and solutions delivery, requirements assessment, process improvement, project management, and resource management.
* Sound understanding of 3PL/4PL/LLP business processes and interdependencies.
* Proven experience in delivering Digital Solutions to organizations and customers in the Logistics/Transportation domain (e.g., TMS, EDI, etc.).
* Proven experience working in multiple project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and managing complex global projects, programs, and pipelines.
* Experience with Business Intelligence Tools, Reporting and Test Management.
* Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office package skills and collaboration platforms.
* Ability to work in a diverse environment and culture.
* Ability to move forward successfully with minimal direction: self-motivated & autonomous.
* Capable of remaining professional & effective considering sometimes very stressful situations.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal traits in the areas of presentation skills.
* General degree with emphasis in IT, Engineering, Logistics/Transportation/Supply Chain Management or equivalent of minimum 6 years relevant working experience in a similar role and industry.
* Project, Program, Pipeline Management certification or minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
* Fluent English knowledge in speaking and writing.
