The CMO will define and implement the marketing strategy and promote the company services to corporate clients, B2B influencers and agencies. He/she will play a key role in the company's growth and expansion by generating qualified leads, reinforcing brand awareness and optimizing new customer acquisition.
Description
Defining and implementing marketing strategy
Develop and manage B2B marketing strategy in line with the company's business objectives.
Define target market segments and differentiating value propositions.
Implement marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote the company's services.
Follow market trends, identify customer needs and monitor competition.
Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
Design lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (emailing, social networks,webinars, SEO/SEA, content marketing, etc.).
Optimize customer conversion and retention rates.
Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation and sales strategies.
Digital Marketing and Inbound Marketing
Develop digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility (SEO, SEA, content marketing, social networks).
Design and oversee the creation of relevant content to attract and engage the company decision makers and customers (white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, etc.).
Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
Budget and KPI management
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimum return on investment (ROI).
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor marketing campaign results.
Analyze data to adjust strategies in real time and achieve performance targets.
Partner Relations and Events
Develop and manage partnerships with key industry players (suppliers, agencies, media).
Organize B2B events (conferences, trade shows, webinars)
Market Animation and Coordination
Develop specific strategies for each target market based on local needs and opportunities.
Coordinate marketing actions for each market with local teams and partners.
Lead and structure market-specific campaigns to maximize sales and marketing impact.
Profile
Technical skills:
Excellent command of B2B digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEA, lead generation, content marketing).
Solid experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Perfect command of IT/technology market issues and trends.
A very good track record in the IT/technology sector.
Managerial skills:
Ability to work closely with sales, product and management teams.
Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Interpersonal skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team spirit, ability to motivate and unite teams around a common project.
Profile we are looking for:
Education
: 5 years' higher education in marketing, business or related disciplines.
Experience
: Minimum 7 to 10 years'experience in B2B marketing in an ESN or software company
Languages
: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Spanish is a plus
