Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end order to invoice process execution. This role covers the customer-facing aspect of the supply chain, encompassing order receipt and validation, equipment and service order management, procurement, delivery support, and customer invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trigger task creations for transactions (e.g., purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices) and ensure timely completion.
2. Manage product ordering (hardware, software, services).
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide order management support to market operations units, business groups, and finance teams.
4. Support the end-to-end order to invoice process and provide timely updates to relevant parties.
5. Efficiently manage business process owners (BPOs) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
6. Cordinate with knowledge specialists on process issues.
7. Serve as a liaison between various organizations within the supply chain and address financial escalation topics related to customer contracts.
8. Contribute to daily logistics tasks, including constraint resolution and escalation management.
9. Enhance overall process quality and guidelines.
10. Maintain adherence to order management processes, tools, and SOX compliance.
11. Provide guidance and support to new team members.
