Your responsibilities as a Customer Service agent will include:
1. Managing inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with their inquiries and needs.
2. Providing solutions through First Contact Resolution to minimize escalations or follow-ups.
3. Representing the brand with enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of its products and services.
What you’ll bring to the role:
1. Language skills: Native-level French and a minimum B2 level in English.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
3. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
4. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
1. With accommodation (shared flat with all bills included): 1,050€ gross/month.
2. Without accommodation: 1,305€ gross/month.
3. Reimbursement for your flight to Lisbon (after 9 months).
4. A yearly round-trip flight to visit family and friends (within Europe).
