- Execute global and regional HR processes within the sector.
- Lead and coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with local managers, aligned with the defined recruitment process.
- Coordinate induction plans for new hires, following up with each individual to ensure quality and successful completion of the process.
- Register employee changes in the internal systems.
- Support the analysis of training needs and implementation of the approved training plan.
- Assist in the calculation of bonuses and handle payroll-related topics.
- Control the clock-in and clock-out system, where applicable.
- Coordinate employee benefit topics.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on improvement projects, contributing ideas and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and labor requirements, in collaboration with the Finance & Administration Director.
Perfil ideal
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP HR or SuccessFactors will be highly valued.
- Proficiency in the Google environment.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
