Your main responsibilities will be:
* Sales and business development: develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration. Identify opportunities for expanding product sales.
* Customer relationship management: open and expand relationships with key pharmacy leaders and other significant players. Build long-term partnerships to drive growth and strong brand loyalty.
* Market analysis & intelligence: stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and stakeholders' needs. Conduct sales analysis to implement effective sales strategies and search for new business opportunities.
* Compliance and reporting: ensure all activities and interactions with healthcare professionals are compliant with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
We expect you to have:
* Education: university degree in Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Fluent in English will be appreciated.
* Experience: minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with generics expertise.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Out-of-the-box thinking.
