Job Description
* Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies and ensure the adoption of Agile practices by the team.
* Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management, helping organize it to maximize value delivery.
* Proactively identify and remove impediments, whether technical, organizational, or people-related.
* Act as an internal coach for the team, fostering a culture of self-organization and Agile best practices.
* Monitor team performance metrics, such as productivity and velocity, to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
* Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
* Experience in Agile Estimation and Planning.
* Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices, including:
o Automated Testing
o Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
o Test-Driven Development (TDD)
* Experience with Agile metrics like Velocity and Productivity.
* Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Ability to support the Product Owner in backlog management to maximize value delivery.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills.
* Commitment to Software Craftsmanship principles.
* Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level minimum
