Six Senses Douro Valley Human Resources Coordinator Role
The Human Resources Coordinator will fully understand and support Six Senses' vision to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing HR & Training plans for the resort based on systematic research and needs analysis.
* Provide information to prepare an expenditure budget for the training department.
* Coordinate with Home Office on new mandatory training programs and materials.
* Coordinate training with all departmental trainers for every section and monitor operational training.
* Assist the Director of HR in preparing a monthly training report and collating all departmental training hours.
* Assist with recruitment and interview processes.
* Coordinate new hire orientation and training for new hosts.
* Support host events and initiatives.
* Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
* Adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
* A Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources, and at least 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
* Technical skills include advanced MS Office and Outlook platforms.
* Fluent in English, additional languages preferred.
* UE visa/work permitted.
