Job description:
1. Developing the market business, setting up effective promotional plans, and achieving sales targets;
2. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, wholesalers, and retailers;
3. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, focusing on smartphones and ecosystem products;
4. Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their targets;
5. Assisting in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy (price, product positioning, promotion, and channel strategy) of the company;
6. Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
7. Following up and analyzing the sell-through/sell-out data of wholesalers and retailers;
8. Effectively carrying out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight, and working closely with the product and HQ team to improve product optimization.
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in English, native Portuguese, marketing-related major, bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Experience in the smartphone domain (or high-tech hardware industry) is preferred, with 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position;
3. Extensive connections in the consumer electronics and smartphone industry;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Excellent organizational skills;
6. Passionate with a strong sense of teamwork.
