Our client is a pharmaceutical company in Algés.
Your new responsibilities
1. Market & Business Analysis
o Analyse internal and external market data to identify trends, business opportunities, and risks.
o Conduct competitor benchmarking and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, preparing reports and dashboards for senior management.
o Support business by monitoring 3rd parties agreements in CH and securing the connections between the different internal stakeholders.
o Develop ROI analysis for specific in-field activities led by FF to ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Prepare business reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
2. Data Optimisation
o Ensure a robust data organisation to prepare for the development of future data pools and data analytics.
o Implement business intelligence tools to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
o Work closely with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to optimise business processes.
o Liaise with Business Units, Finance, and Operations to align in specific processes.
What do you need to succeed?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
* Experience in both Prescription and Consumer Health markets is a plus.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Other data visualisation tools are a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms (SAP).
* Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
* Knowledge of commercial performance analysis.
* Knowledge of financial modelling and pricing strategies is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Our client is offering an uncertain-term employment contract for a maternity leave replacement. You will have access to an attractive monthly salary, meal allowance, and an annual bonus based on performance achieved. You will also have a hybrid work regime with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
