In this role, you will support the development of insights that drive brand and communication strategies, working closely with marketing, media, and digital teams.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a data-driven culture, helping to uncover key consumer trends and guiding strategic business decisions.
A day in the life of... Support qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand consumer behavior, brand perception, and content effectiveness.Help interpret data from multiple sources (surveys, media analytics, social listening, sales data) and transform it into actionable recommendations.Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Collect, extract, and synthesize consumer data to develop meaningful insights for the business.Analyze information from multiple sources such as surveys, digital performance data, and social listening tools to identify key patterns and opportunities.Develop clear, compelling storytelling through reports and presentations that drive action.Collaboration & Business Impact: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, sales, R&D) to ensure insights are embedded in decision-making.Assist in stakeholder engagement, helping to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.Work with external research partners and vendors as needed.Digital & DIY Research Tools: Gain expertise in self-service research and analytics tools, supporting business partners in leveraging them effectively.Monitor industry trends and emerging methodologies to improve the research process.Global & Strategic Initiatives: Support global or divisional work streams through best practices, external benchmarks, competitive landscape analysis, and consumer trends.Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all research and reporting activities.What will make you successful A Learning Mindset: You are eager to learn and adapt to an evolving digital and insights landscape.Analytical & Strategic Thinking: You can extract key takeaways from data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.Strong Communication & Storytelling: Ability to simplify complex topics and influence decision-making.Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Team Player Attitude: Open-minded, collaborative, and proactive in sharing knowledge with others.Digital & Data Curiosity: Passionate about technology, digital analytics, and data-driven decision-making.Curious about consumer behavior, psychology, and dataComfortable working in a global, virtual teamAble to lead small projects and work independently when neededInterested in advertising, digital marketing, and media effectivenessStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysisOpen to learning new data tools and methodologiesWhat we offer Here at NBS we care about our Talents and we continuously work to have our teams engaged and our people achieving their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
