Job Summary:
Our Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in being our face with our top global partners. A pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer needs are met effectively by creating and maintaining long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our key customers.
2. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and prospect new customers.
3. Work together with internal teams to ensure the delivery of quality products/services and customer satisfaction.
4. Be up to date with market conditions and the competition and advise on commercial strategies and necessary tactical measures.
5. Prepare and present periodic reports on account performance and goals achieved.
6. Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements in accordance to MGM Muthu Hotels’ objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience (3/4 years) in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Portuguese and English (level C1) written and spoken.
3. IT tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, e-mail and internet).
4. Degree in Hospitality Management / Management / Marketing or similar.
