What you can look forward to:
1. In the "Warranty Audit" task area you will identify and explain deviations and potential for improvement in warranty process handling and check the effectiveness of central models for warranty application review. This role will make an important contribution to a positive customer experience in the environment of particularly customer-sensitive warranty repairs at a central corporate interface between customer, service, and product quality, supporting the achievement of adequate cost targets and contributing to an audit-proof warranty application review.
2. The key responsibilities of this role are:
1. Ensure that findings from warranty audits are reflected in chargebacks to after-sales partners
2. Monitor open claims and proactively manage adjustments based on defined criteria (e.g. deadlines, objections)
3. Create and correct invoices independently in the system
4. Continuously improve the chargeback processes using technology including RPA
What we are looking for:
1. Business background (e.g. studies or apprenticeship)
2. IT-affinity and ideally experience in optimizing processes with the help of RPA
3. Experience working with SAP is a plus
4. Basic Microsoft Office Skills
5. Good analytical skills and a feel for the overall context
6. Fluent in oral and written English
7. Independent, structured and efficient way of working, strong attention to detail
8. Excellent teamwork skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
