* Minimum 8 years of experience as an Accountant Technician;
* Knowledge of tax/legal obligations;

Main responsibilities:
* Monitor and support the accounting and financial control procedures according to the established deadlines;
* Support the preparation, analysis and dissemination of various reports for the different objectives of the Department;
* Monitor the maintenance of information, data and records, in order to provide the status of the accounting condition of the company;
* Provide the accounting elements necessary for defining budgetary policy and support the implementation of the budget;
* Identify improvements that aim at accounting efficiency, cost optimization and risk minimization;
* Prepare audits and ensure that there are no non-conformities;
* Participate in the monthly and annual closure of accounts;
* Make the necessary tax returns and other legal, commercial and tax requirements;
* Verify the legal and tax compliance of all documents with accounting value;
* Take proactive initiatives to improve and streamline internal processes.
