Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Finance Manager to oversee the financial aspects of global transformation projects. The successful candidate will ensure the maintenance of business cases through budget adherence, cost analysis, and provide financial guidance to program and project managers.
This role will be instrumental in driving financial transparency and optimizing cost efficiency across the transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and Maintain Business Cases: Collaborate with transformation and transition project teams to assess the financial and operational impact of supplier agreements.Implement Financial Tools and Processes: Design and implement tools and long-term processes for managing business cases, ensuring seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders.Ensure Financial Milestones: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet financial milestones.Support Strategic Planning: Assist project teams in preparing long-term strategic plans, assessing opportunities for cost optimization, savings, and productivity improvements.Track and Monitor Budgets: Track and monitor project budgets, including expense tracking, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.Analyze Variances: Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual expenditures.Implement Financial Frameworks: Implement standardized financial frameworks and modeling techniques to enhance project transparency and accountability.Compliance and Operational Support: Ensure compliance with global financial policies and standards, and provide operational support addressing inquiries and resolving financial issues.Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 6 Years Experience: Proven experience working on global projects or within multinational teams.Business Partnering Experience: Strong business partnering experience with cross-functional teams.Audit or Consulting Background: Prior experience in audit or consulting is a plus.
