As a Customer Service Agent at our Lisbon office, you'll be part of an international team passionate about fashion.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service as a fashion mentor during shopping experiences.
* Answer customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or social media with confidence and courtesy.
* Troubleshoot product, order, payment method, and shipping issues while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor.
* Transform online credit simulations into completed files.
* Handle calls for prospects and clients.
* Collaborate with other departments and redirect related cases to responsible teams.

o Option 1: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950-€1,000 gross/month based on experience.
