* Key member of the cross-functional team, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and medical affairs to develop campaigns aligned with brand objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
* Works with the Brand Lead and Customer Experience Strategist to implement campaigns that follow the strategic brand plan.
* Uses an omnichannel, personalized approach to create, edit, and review scientific content for marketing and awareness campaigns, including materials like brochures, websites, videos, and social media.
* Ensures that campaigns and user journeys meet customer needs and that all content is clear, concise, and tailored to target audiences.
* Focuses on content efficiency, collaborating with global teams and external agencies for content creation, adaptation, and localization, utilizing a lean reutilization approach.
* Engages with the content production team to ensure accurate, effective content delivery and acts as the main contact for aligning content with product launches and business goals.
* Stays updated on marketing trends, working with the Customer Experience Strategist to ensure innovation and optimize content based on data and best practices.
* Leads discussions on campaign tradeoffs, KPIs, and success metrics.
* Collaborates with BI&A teams to use advanced analytics to refine tactics.
* Works with medical, regulatory, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all content meets necessary guidelines.
* Manages multiple projects and prioritizes tasks based on business objectives and deadlines.
Perfil ideal
* Proven ability to meet commercial and broader performance objectives.
* Experience in creating promotional materials with a strong interest in marketing and disease awareness.
* Skilled in influencing, collaboration, and project management.
* Background in project management and product launches.
* Experience managing budgets.
* Proficient in using analytical models and translating BI&A insights into actionable tactics.
* Expertise in customer strategy, content production, and digital marketing.
* High fluency in English.
* Sales experience is a plus.
* Strategic mindset, familiar with customer journeys (HCP, Patient, Payor), and capable of building content plans based on user data analysis.
