Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop strong relationships with clients;
* Identify business opportunities and formulate strategies to maximize sales growth;
* Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients, ensuring the achievement of sales and margin objectives;
* Collaborate with international teams to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies;
* Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and making strategic adjustments as needed;
* Stay updated on market trends and competition, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG/Food sector.
* Proven skills in accounts management, with experience dealing with clients.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
* Availability to travel in Portugal and Europe.
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
