Senior Sales Consultant – Business Development Portugal
We are searching for a senior sales consultant to lead business development efforts in Portugal on behalf of a valued client in the Facilities Services industry. Your Key Goals:
* Strengthen the existing sales team and establish a local presence in Portugal.
* Drive business growth by increasing the subsidiary's market share.

* Collaborate closely with the Lisbon-based unit manager and business developer to manage customer relationships and secure contracts.
What You'll Do:
* Prospect and Develop New Clients
o Identify and engage with potential clients in collaboration with the Sales Team.
o Contribute to crafting and executing a tailored commercial development strategy for the Portuguese market.
o Assess client needs and recommend effective technical solutions.
o Negotiate and close contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Manage and Retain Existing Clients
o Maintain and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of clients.
o Ensure exceptional client satisfaction with regular communication and technical support.
o Propose enhancements and additional solutions to strengthen client loyalty.
* Provide Technical Support
o Act as a technical advisor, supporting clients with their projects.
o Train and guide clients on the company's offerings to maximize value.
o Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
* Analyze Market Trends and Innovate
o Monitor the Portuguese market for trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
o Propose strategies to differentiate the company from competitors.
o Represent the company at trade shows and professional events to build brand visibility.
* Report and Refine Strategy
o Track and analyze the results of sales activities.
o Offer insights and propose adjustments to strategies based on market dynamics.
o Collaborate with senior management to achieve ambitious business objectives.

* Experience: 5–10 years in technical sales, ideally within the Facilities Services industry.
