Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- To be onboard ASAP to ensure smooth upskilling on the client processes and new solutions
Project Activities:
- Support the team on all testing activities and production of training supports
- Produce technical deliverables production and maintenance: Configuration Workbook, change log request, AXA test script, transition to BAU documentation, cutover activities, BAU Procedures...
BAU activities after the participation to the project:
- Ticket management for HR Solutions BAU bases on the catalog of services
- Development and maintenance of requests. Each development request will go through the required quality process and all related documents will be placed on the shared portal
- L1, L2 and L3 support
Main Activities
Project:
- Work with Project Team (Product Owner, Integration team, Security team) to follow implementation to be performed by Beqom on Group ECR and Group LTI
- Get Knoeledge on Beqom solution
- Acquire Knowledge on configuration and related business process
- Be able to challenge Beqom architect/implementation team - Get familiar with business team and client processes
- Be ready and prepare transition to BAU
BAU:
- Maintain the configuration in production
- Be able to front business team to manage BAU + change request
- Manage BAU tickets
Skills:
- Knowledge on HRIS (Oracle HCM, Success Factor/SAP, Workday, Cornerstone and any Best of Breed solutions: iCIMS, BEQOM...)
- Knowledge on processes (see scope and priority bellow)
- Knowledge on solution project and running cost activities
- We need candidates that would like to learn (quickly)

- Proficient level of English
- French is nice to have
