In just four years, it has expanded to over 400 employees across three office locations: Lisbon, Tomar, and Guarda.

Your Key Responsibilities
Accounting and Reporting Activities
1. Performance General Ledger Account:
o Validate journal entries
o Collect data for legal requirements reports (e.g. VAT, Statistics, Central bank, Intrastat)
o Support Finance Business Partner with year-end activities
2. Accounts Analysis:
o Perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
o Notice unjustified entries
o Perform Sub-ledger to Ledger reconciliations and notice unjustified amounts
3. Asset Accounting:
o Follow up investment orders/assets under construction
o Record fixed assets transactions (local GAAP and IFRS principles)
4. Reporting:
o Prepare and upload IRIS reporting packages
o Verify and notify gaps in IRIS and ERP
o Retrieve and collect data for internal and external audit requests
Requirements
* Degree in Accounting, Financial, Management, or Economy
* More than 1 year of experience in a similar function
* Experience in Business Services Center is a plus
* Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
* Additional languages valued (e.g. Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Swedish)
