BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Within Luxclusif, we are the client-facing team, responsible for expanding our partnerships and growing current ones through a mutual success mindset. We aim to drive sales through careful client selection in each of our channels, which includes major department stores, marketplaces, auction houses, and many others.
LISBON
Our Lisbon office provides a dynamic workspace, surrounded by the city's top cafés, restaurants, and stunning riverfront views. It seamlessly blends innovation with the capital's cosmopolitan and creative energy.
THE ROLE
As a new business developer, you will contribute to the growth of the pre-owned segment by expanding and developing strategic partnerships across the globe. Being a multichannel team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and tailor your skills to different stakeholders and are responsible for transitioning new partners into their respective channels.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Prospect and engage with the industry's key markets and players. Cold calling and emailing whenever needed.
2. Maintain an updated CRM.
3. Improve onboarding processes for the different stakeholders.
4. Assist with contract negotiations with the support of our legal team.
5. Help clients with product selection and gear terms to ensure their success.
6. Ensure new accounts are cleared for transition to the respective channels.
7. Build business KPIs.
WHO YOU ARE
1. Degree in International Business, management, marketing, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably as a business developer in the fashion, luxury, or tech sectors.
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken). French or German is also desirable.
4. Proficiency in working with CRM and Excel.
5. Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills are a must.
6. Able to deal with a very fast-paced environment.
7. Able to build and maintain strong relationships, with a client-centric approach.
8. Resilient and persistent: Tenacious in pursuing goals, even in the face of setbacks.
