ROLE:
1. Assist in day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to the HR team;
2. Support the payroll process by gathering, verifying, and inputting payroll data;
3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with company policies and legal regulations;
4. Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related queries from employees;
5. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews;
6. Follow up on the interviews with the Managers to determine the candidate's qualifications, cultural fit, and success potential;
7. Accompany new employees during the period of integration in the function, sector, or company;
8. Other HR-related activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree in Psychology, Management, or similar;
2. Minimum 1 year of experience;
3. Strong relationship skills;
4. Fluent in English (mandatory);
5. Great Excel/GoogleSheet Skills (experience with agile methodologies is a plus);
6. Real team player;
7. Autonomous, proactive, and responsible;
8. Good organizational skills;
9. Proven HR expertise (preferred);
10. Immediately available.
