Job Description
You will be part of our rapidly scaling Sales Development team, driving the prospection process and building pipelines for the sales team. You will communicate with new prospects, identify customer needs, demonstrate product knowledge, and create effective lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
* Develop new outbound campaigns for lead generation
* Engage with new leads and drive early-stage sales conversations
* Develop and maintain individual KPIs and performance metrics for the SDR team
* Help drive team strategy by identifying new markets or industries for lead generation
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS B2B environment
* Strong communication skills with ability to pitch and empathize
* Good understanding of business processes and practices
* Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and LinkedIn
* Motivated self-starter with an enthusiastic attitude
* Experience in a fast-growing company
* Knowledge in AI/ML is a plus
