Delivery Manager
Seniority: Senior
Working model: Hybrid (70% remote; 30% in person)
Language: Portuguese (minimum C2) | English (minimum C1)
Location: Lisbon
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: More than 3 years of professional experience as a Delivery Manager.
Mandatory:
* +3 years of experience in the role of Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
* PMP Certification.
Skills:
Proven experience in project management with a focus on quality deliveries.
The candidate must be proactive, communicative, and have a problem-solving mentality.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a results-oriented approach.
Knowledge Of The Tools:
* Jira;
* MS Project;
* MS Office;
* Service Catalog.
Fluent English

Daily Tasks:
* All expected deliverables for the previous level;
* Monitor projects, deliveries, and suppliers. Ensure on-time and quality deliveries;
