The Role
The Partnership Manager will support the growth and success of Lumon's partnership team by frequent contact with partners to drive up referral numbers, deliver exceptional service, and create new business revenue in line with targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Owning relationships with partners delivering up to £12,000 new revenue per annum.
2. Increasing referrals from managed partners.
3. Delivering training to improve referral quantity and quality.
4. Hitting new business revenue targets from partner referrals.
5. Ensuring referral conversions with necessary information fed between teams.
