What You’ll Do:
1. Provide exceptional support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
2. Solve user issues on the platform with clear and effective guidance.
3. Educate customers on platform features, helping them unlock their website's potential.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges.
5. Stay up-to-date on platform updates to provide accurate and efficient support.

What You Need to Succeed:
1. Perfect level of French (C2-native) and fluent English (minimum B2).
2. At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping people.
4. Already living in Lisbon or willing to relocate (EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit required).
