Job Title: Italian Customer Service Representative (On-site) Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site 100%) Job Description:We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This role involves providing outstanding support to our Italian-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian (C2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level), with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing effective and timely solutions.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or services.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, helpful, and courteous responses.Record customer interactions and maintain accurate service records.Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations.Achieve performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Work Schedule:Rotating shifts, 24/7 (Monday to Sunday), with the following time slots: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM02:00 PM - 11:00 PM10:30 PM - 07:30 AM Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience.Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net).Relocation Support:For candidates moving from outside Portugal: A room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with a rent of €280/month (all utilities included), deducted directly from your payslip.Reimbursement of Airfare: Up to €400 (Economy Class) after completing six months of employment.For candidates moving from within Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs up to €150 (Economy Class) after six months of employment, available only to those currently residing in competitors' accommodation.Temporary Accommodation:For those relocating from outside Portugal: A hotel room for up to 28 days (depending on the project).For those relocating from within Portugal: A hotel room for up to 15 days (depending on the project).
