What You'll Do:
* Design and create stunning floral arrangements for weddings and events
* Oversee daily shop operations and ensure high-quality standards
* Work closely with clients for custom orders, events, and weddings
* Manage inventory, ordering, and flower care
* Train and mentor junior florists and assistants
* Collaborate on creative floral concepts and seasonal displays
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a florist, with strong design skills
* Creativity and attention to detail
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage inventory and maintain fresh stock
* Leadership experience in a floral or retail setting is a plus
* Must be fluent in Portuguese & English (both written and spoken). More languages are a plus
