6. Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve Hardware and Software issues
7. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
8. Incident and Change management within a special period of time (SLA)
9. Run a diagnosis of the problem on the spot using a diagnostic tool
10. Install Desktop/laptop and printer devices
11. Replace defective parts and equipment if necessary
12. Assemble and install Video Conferencing systems (VICO)
13. Participate in planned changes, updates and moves by arranging equipment and transferring data
14. Provide prompt and communicate accurate feedback to client
15. Ensure all issues are properly logged and up to date in ticketing system
16. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
17. Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
18. Maintain good relationships with clients
