YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Lead global initiatives in designing and implementing AI-driven conversations that provide seamless and consistent customer experiences across all communication channels.Design agentic, human-like interactions that meet customer needs and business objectives.Develop globally consistent conversational flows, templates, and designs across all channels including web, mobile apps, messaging platforms, and voice interfaces.Ensure best-in-class conversational experiences via virtual agent assistance that automates and deflects contact handling through voice and chat bots.Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to implement data and API enhancements while continuously reviewing transcripts to drive ongoing improvements in conversational performance.YOUR SKILLS MATTER Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Administration, Service Design, or a related field.4+ years of experience in Conversational AI, chatbot development, and customer service automation, with a focus on global initiatives.In-depth understanding of natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), and large language models (LLMs).Strong expertise in Conversational AI platforms, preferably Cognigy, Genesys, or similar technologies.Proven track record of implementing scalable Conversational AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact, supported by a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret complex datasets for decision-making.WHAT WE OFFER Generous Time Off: Enjoy 28 days of vacation, an additional day off for your birthday, and 1 volunteer day per year.Work-Life Balance & Flexibility: Benefit from a hybrid working model, flexible working hours, and no dress code.Great Employee Benefits: Access discounts on SIXT rent, share, ride, and SIXT+, along with partner discounts.Training & Development: Participate in training programs designed for your personal growth and development.Health & Well-being: Private health insurance to support your well-being.Additional Perks: Enjoy the Coverflex advantage system to enhance your employee experience.About us:
