What you will enjoy doing:
1. You will deliver revenue and profit targets through positive development of volume, pricing contract and cost-to-serve management.
2. Further, you will manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability through a deep understanding of the value drivers for each customer within the portfolio.
3. Document business development and account management within Connect CRM based on defined business rules is part of your job.
4. You will collaborate structurally with field sales in all customer segments.
5. Building customer specific stakeholder maps to formally identify roles and responsibilities, influences, and decision makers across sales process and targets engagements accordingly is required.
6. In addition to that, you will effectively plan, schedule and conduct outbound calls efficiently, involving the customer in the development of meeting agendas and engaging Linde internal resources when appropriate.
What makes you great:
1. You have preferably three to five years of sales/commercial experience in the gas industry, chemical/other manufacturing.
2. Further, you have three to five years of experience in account management by phone / outbound calls.
3. You hold a bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
4. Affinity with engineering/gas industry suits your profile, as well as knowledge and experience using SAP (preferential), Salesforce, and MS Excel skills.
5. Further, you speak native or C2 in Dutch (Required) and English level B1 (preferred).
6. You are passionate to work in a team and can engage well in a multi-cultural environment and across multiple countries.

This role is a full-time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 am till 04:00 pm.
