Job Description
The SEO Specialist plays a crucial role in our team, focusing on optimizing websites and content to enhance online visibility.
Responsibilities:
* Support website editors and webmasters in implementing SEO recommendations from global and local search agencies or tools, primarily focusing on on-page and technical SEO.
* Implement SEO fixes and recommendations using BrightEdge and Google Search Console to monitor and track website performance.
* Present recommendations to the brand manager and contribute to larger SEO projects, such as website migrations.
A Day in the Life:
* Act as the go-to person for any SEO-related topics.
* Review and analyze Nestlé websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Measure results of strategy implementation using tools like BrightEdge, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
* Monitor and report on traffic, rankings, conversions, and other trends.
* Work closely with brand managers to explain SEO issues and highlight improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of SEO experience is required.
* Experience working in a multinational/multicultural environment.
* Excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills in English.
* Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tools.
* Attention to detail.
* Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative, with the ability and willingness to share knowledge with peers.
* A team-oriented mentality and attitude, approaching work with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance, and resilience.
* Meeting deliverable requirements, service level measures, and specific targets.
