You will follow up the ongoing tender processes, communicating with the rest of the team and supply chain to successfully develop the technical and commercial solutions that meet the client’s needs and requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
•Reporting to the Head of Bid Management, the Bid Manager will help develop the opportunities and manage the ongoing bids for the energy transmission business, mainly for HV/MV substations and other transmission related systems.
•With Your commercial and technical skills, You will contribute to the development of competitive client-oriented state-of-the-art solutions aligned with the company’s strategic drives.
•You will be responsible for analysing complex tender processes in international scenarios, identifying deliverables and critical issues, developing the budgets and engaging the financial, procurement and engineering teams to insure the management of all technical and commercial inputs towards a successful delivery of the offers.
•You will also support the management in other bid-related processes within the organization, like go/no go assessments, risk analysis, lessons learned, opportunity tracking, market development, etc.
What You Bring
•Bachelor’s Degree / Masters in Electrical Engineering
•Over 5 years of proven experience in power systems – substations, transmission systems, generation or renewables.
•Offer management skills – ability to identify deliverables and critical issues in tender processes, manage stakeholders, structure & prioritise work effectively through close cooperation with the team in order to successfully deliver offers.
•An enthusiastic, focused and hard-working profile, with strong attention to detail and target-oriented.
•Good communication skills (english spoken and written mandatory)
•Good software skills essential, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Autocad.
