The Role We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.
This is a key role in our revenue engine, where you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across European markets.
? Fluency in both German and English is required.
You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams, building strong relationships with prospects and supporting pipeline growth.

What You'll Do Research and identify new prospects that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Generate interest and leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling Craft compelling, personalized outreach messages across multiple channels Nurture leads through thoughtful follow-ups and engagement activities Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives Attend product training to fully understand Orkestra's offerings Represent Orkestra at virtual trade shows and networking events Share feedback with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategy Maintain and update sales activities in HubSpot CRM What We're Looking For Fluent in German and English (required) 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales (preferably SaaS, logistics, or supply chain) Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Proven ability to build relationships and open doors with decision-makers Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently Experience using LinkedIn, HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) Knowledge of the logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred Why Orkestra?
