Purpose of Position
Conduct the operational supervision of all flights assigned to EJME fleet, to guarantee that NTA Flight Centre operational areas are complying with the NTA-EJME SLA. Ensure that both crew members’ and customers’ requirements and demands are fulfilled in compliance with regulations and company procedures.
Liaise and where required supervise NTA Flight Centre relevant areas to guarantee that all operational requirements for each flight are being conducted and accomplished in accordance to EJME managed aircraft owner’s demands and cost effectiveness.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Supervise the flight scheduling performed by NTA, ensuring that crew and aircraft resources are being allocated in compliance with the applicable regulations and company’s procedures. And be able to interfere and override whenever required;
2. Supervise the crew duty feasibility verifications and crew fatigue assessments performed by NTA, ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations and company’s procedures. And be able to interfere and override whenever required;
3. Liaise with EJME crew members to ensure that NTA SLA is being met and compliant with applicable regulations and company’s procedures;
4. Ensure advanced crew resource planning by liaising with EJME managed aircraft lead pilots to obtain and maintain crew rosters;
5. Liaise with NTA Owner Services to guarantee flight execution in accordance to the owners’ and customers’ requests in compliance with regulations and company’s procedures;
6. Supervise the flight operation planned and performed by NTA, by maintaining awareness of the operational restrictions that may affect the EJME flights - such as Slots, Permits, NOTAMS, Airport Ops Hours, ATC Regulations, Weather, Security, etc. - and ensuring that all flights are being planned and performed in compliance with regulations and company’s procedures.

7. University degree (with emphasis in aviation is preferred);
8. Minimum 2 years of experience within Operations in Aviation Industry;
9. Proficiency in Business English (written and spoken);
10. Proficiency in MS Office.
