As a senior backend engineer, you will work on a small team, switching between groups and projects as our business evolves.

At Untile, you will work with stakeholders to create software products that may go from small web applications to a massive digital transformation of an entire enterprise and its processes.
YOUR JOB:Developing next-generation web applications (with a focus on the server side);Collaborating in a smart environment where new ideas are always welcome;Brainstorming initial ideas and carrying them through to concept development;Discussing ideas with both team and/or clients to create the best possible solutions;Working within a well-opinionated technology stack, with developer tools and methodologies that our team is constantly trying to improve;Helping in the creation of in-house patterns;Working in a variety of different business areas;Help other teammates excel;Lead backend initiatives.WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent;Relevant full-time experience in software engineering and programming, at least 5 years of experience;Strong understanding of relational (preferably PostgreSQL) and/or non-relational databases (e.g.
Redis);Strong experience with backend programming languages.
