A leading gaming technology and services company seeks a Risk, Fraud and Payments Manager to oversee risk management practices and ensure alignment with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
* Fraud Investigations: Monitor player activity, investigate suspected fraudulent behavior, and implement sanctions.
* Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
* Industry Compliance: Ensure the company's risk management practices adhere to industry regulations and standards.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on risk trends, fraud incidents, and mitigation measures.
Functional Areas:
Analytics:
* Analyze player gaming behavior, including game style, bet frequency, and sizes.
* Implement limits and restrictions as required.
Sportsbook Analytics:
* Perform ongoing analysis of client game styles, financial indicators, and other factors.
* Verify accuracy of game result probabilities.
* Respond promptly to game events, including feed, stream, and events.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Responsibilities:
* Establish and follow up on market-specific player ID verification processes.
* Manage multi-accounts based on various criteria.
* Manage limits, restrictions, and specific requests.
Payments Responsibilities:
* Review and monitor player requests.
* Evaluate accuracy of customer deposit and withdrawal transactions.
* Collaborate with customer support on rejected transaction requests.
Requirements:
* University degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, or IT).
* Proven experience in risk management and fraud prevention in the iGaming industry.
* Knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in data analysis, risk modeling, and fraud detection techniques specific to online gaming.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
