Tasks:
· Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
· Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
· Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
· Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
· Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
· Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
· Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed
Requirements
· C1 or higher in German
· B2 in English
· Associate degree in related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred
· Strong customer service orientation skills
· Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
· Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
· Dependable with strong attention to detail
· Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
· Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
· Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
· Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule
