This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet stringent industry standards and client specifications.
This includes:
1. Design and Development: Create detailed electrical schematics and layout drawings using specialized design software.
2. Customization: Develop electrical systems and products based on unique customer specifications and requirements.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
4. Testing and Validation: Conduct simulations, prototype testing, and validation to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards.
5. Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
6. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design reports, user manuals, and compliance certifications.
7. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design and implementation issues throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Your Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in the ETO industry.
* Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer (PE) license) are a plus.
* Have technical proficiency in safety and the functional principles of safety.
