We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager.

Mission: The position requires a proactive customer-driven approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility for implementing and completing projects with the customer. The role involves managing, engineering, planning, and resourcing multiple projects within an end user projects team.
The role requires close working with the Project Developer, Commercial Manager, and technical leads.
Key responsibilities:
1. Operate and deliver multiple projects to our customers through Schneider Electric Quality Management System and Health and Safety Management System.
2. Ensure that defined project goals, objectives and performance measures are met or exceeded.
3. Identify project issues and put proactive plans in place to resolve effectively and in a timely manner.
4. Carry out I/O schedules, description of operation, control panel design approval, plant schematics, H & S documentation, O & M documentation.
5. Procurement of equipment and subcontract installation/panels to meet the project programmed timeline.
6. Financial control of the project including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement, monthly cost to complete reviews. Close liaison with the commercial team.
7. Attend site meetings with the customer, contractor, subcontractor, consultant as appropriate.
8. Take a proactive approach to gaining all information required to progress our works.
Key performance indicators:
1. Project profit (including post project costs).
2. Achieving savings targets.
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Preferred University Master Degree (Engineering and/or Business).
* Portuguese is mandatory.
* Be able to speak Spanish and English.
* Minimum 5 years in Project Management.
* Experience in Power System solutions.
* Proven ability to lead functional and remote team including various profiles (Contract, Technical, SMEs).
* Ability to work as an integral part of a team.
* Aptitude to stand time pressure and stress while keeping high performance level.
* Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex matrixial organization.
