CLUSTER HR MANAGER
Are you passionate about hospitality and managing people? We are recruiting a CLUSTER HR MANAGER to support our team in Minor Hotels Portugal.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Support Hotel Managers in strategic planning, ensuring Labor Law compliance.
* Forecast Human Resources management, analyzing budget management and forecasts.
* Participate in Job Fairs, Employability Forums, and Employer Branding actions.
* Post advertisements, manage applications on recruitment portals.
* Conduct interviews, provide feedback to candidates.
* Identify and contact professionals active in the market.
* Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding process.
* Monitor training plans, provide feedback to the Learning & Development Manager.
* Manage attendance, ensure compliance with hotel justifications and annual vacation plan.
* Actively participate in labor relations, improving the organizational climate.
* Guarantee recognition programs aligned with Group policy.
* Analyze regional data for unit openings, reopens, or temporary closures.
* Coordinate Cluster Human Resources team, ensuring alignment of practices and processes.
* Analyze Human Resources KPIs, proposing continuous improvement.
* Implement and monitor Annual Human Resources Plan activities.
* Participate in performance appraisal and Mid-Year Review process.
* Draft Succession Plan for region's hotels, ensuring promotion and internal mobility.
* Encourage social responsibility activities and other internal events.
* Ensure employee attendance, clarify labor field doubts.
* Manage Occupational Medicine, complying with legal requirements.

* Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
* Experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Knowledge of labor legislation and human resources processes.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese, willingness to work full-time, teleworking, or on-site, and travel.
* Familiarity with human resources platforms (Meta 4, Milenio, and SAP are preferred).
