What will you do?
1. Manage Device lifecycles based on given global governance.
2. Oversee all reports and documentation related to IT Infrastructure Services, deployment, operations and support and manage resource libraries of technical information and solutions.
3. Manage contractors, third parties, cloud services providers, and other vendors.
4. Maintain and improve our existing Cloud Solutions Services.
5. Develop and implement IT Infrastructure Services and processes that align with business needs and enhance service quality.
6. Evaluate and drive value generating sustainable improvements to existing IT Infrastructure Services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Manage and perform multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
8. Stay up-to-date on technologies, solutions, and architectures to optimize information technology functions.
9. Participate on service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives.
10. Participate in the creation of service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) based on service needs.
11. Collaborate with cross functional Teams in Network and Server area and align on standardized operating procedure guidelines.

8. Ability to work in an international environment and demonstrate fluency in English.
9. Experience with IT service management tools, incident handling tools and asset repositories.
10. Experience in IT service delivery management and ITIL process management.
11. ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications – Foundation or above.
12. Willingness to travel in our REW region.
13. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a similar discipline or equivalent experience.
