Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: Helping clients with incoming issuesEnsuring high-quality customer serviceBooking appointments for maintenanceProviding roadside assistanceRecording data in the CRM systemGiving information about the app, warranty, and purchasesSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of Dutch and a high level of English (C1)Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createArticulate & communicativeAvailable for 24/7 rotative shiftsBeing a real team player and committed to your workLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit or an EU passport (required)What's in it for you?
