About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on and data-driven E-Commerce & B2B Sales Executive to support our growing commercial operations. You'll help manage our online store while actively identifying and engaging with business clients such as hotels, companies, and residential buildings.
This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in digital sales or e-commerce looking to expand their experience in a fast-growing and purpose-driven industry like electric mobility.
Key Responsibilities: • Support the daily operations of our online store, including product listings, stock management and content updates.
• Take responsibility for order fulfilment and product shipments, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Write and optimise SEO-friendly product descriptions and landing pages.
• Measure and analyse the performance of online sales and campaigns.
• Identify and contact potential B2B clients (e.g. hotels, companies, condos).
• Help prepare quotes, presentations, and follow-ups for inbound and outbound leads.
• Assist in aligning sales initiatives with marketing efforts.
• Conduct user behaviour analysis using tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar.
• Contribute to product development through insights from customer behaviour and market trends.
• Stay up to date with trends in e-mobility, e-commerce and B2B commerce.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or similar (or currently completing).
• Some experience or internship in e-commerce, sales or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and working proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimisation.
• Copywriting skills for product and landing page content.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, and ability to manage different priorities.
• Preferably based in the Aveiro area (not mandatory, but a plus).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events.
