Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience.
* Proven expertise in all phases of the architectural process, from concept design and planning to construction documentation and site supervision.
* In-depth knowledge of Portuguese building regulations and licensing procedures (Licenciamento/Comunicação Prévia).
* Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese.
