Your daily responsibilities will include:Managing local and international recruitment processes; Implementing global recruiting strategy (9 steps); Acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships during the selection process; Screening candidatesâ resumes and job applications; Assessing applicantsâ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, language skills, experience, and aptitudes; Conducting interviews; Onboarding new employees to become fully integrated; Performing background checks and ensuring all legal requirements and company policies are respected; Promoting the role of Human Resources inside the company, showing professionalism and being a positive influence at every occasion; Promoting the companyâs reputation as âbest place to workâ.To succeed in the role, you will need to have:Native or proficient German (mandatory)Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and writtenStrong facilitation, problem-solving, research, and decision-making skillsSolid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office)Organizational and time management skillsExcellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)Internet navigation skills and knowledge of job boardsStrong customer service orientation, analytical and decision-making skillsFlexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStress toleranceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTask and target-orientedAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to adhere to all organizational policies and proceduresBe a local candidate or willing to relocate to PortugalMust hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalEducation and experience1.
University degree, preferably in Human Resources, or directly related work experience2.
