Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the vehicle and automation industry, including OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Provide technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
7. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, reporting on sales activities and performance regularly.
Qualifications:
8. Master's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
9. Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales, preferably within the vehicle or automation industry.
10. Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
12. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
13. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
14. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
