About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in selling our full range of services, including international moving, relocation, fine art logistics, storage, and vehicle legalization.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell international moving, relocation, fine art logistics, storage, and vehicle legalization services.
* Proactively develop new business opportunities.
* Conduct on-site volume surveys at customer residences when necessary.
* Maintain a 24/7 sales availability, ensuring responsiveness to client needs.
* Build and maintain relationships with private clients, corporate accounts, and partners.
* Guide clients through the sales and service process with professionalism and expertise.
* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
* Assess client needs and provide customized service solutions.
* Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and customer service teams.
Operational & Administrative Tasks
* Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and follow up on leads.
* Track sales performance and report on key metrics.
* Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service execution.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
However, we believe that a Sales Coordinator should be available to sell whenever needed, ensuring responsiveness to clients beyond standard hours.
